Presently, the institution is actively engaged in research and extension activities. The M. Ed. And D. S. M. Students has taken some research work. Financial assistance from the university Grants commission has been given to the faculty members to carry out independent research project

Various extension activities are a prominent features of our institution especially related to methodology of teaching of various subjects. The workshop was held to introduce models of teaching for the teachers of Ashram Schools in Nandurbar Taluka.
